我是人大新聞系本科應屆畢業(yè)生，在大學期間，我學習課程包括“新聞學”、“國際媒體管理”、“新聞市場研究”等課程，因而對于媒體運營、受眾分析、媒體管理等各環(huán)節(jié)知識有著全面認識，并具備實際操作技能。

您好!我是來自華東理工大學化工學院卓越101班的楊帆，來自山東省濟南市，于xx年進入華東理工大學化工學院化學工程與工藝(材料化學方向)學習，于xx年度被卓越工程師班選入，成為卓越101班的一員。經過大學前三年緊張充實的大學生活，我的成績達到了保送研究生的資格，并且獲得了xx年免試保送研究生候選人的名額，現將個人的部分情況列于下文，供各位領導參考。

1.學術背景

大學大一到大三的三年學習中，本人學習目標明確，學習態(tài)度端正，勤奮刻苦、孜孜不倦，綜合成績一直名列年級前茅，曾獲綜合課程2等獎學金、綜合課程一等獎學金、國家獎學金、綜合課程特等獎學金各一次，在學院保研候選人中名列前10。學習之余，我也沒有忘記課本之外的其他輔助技能的學習，軟件上能熟練使用包括office在內的很多軟件，如autocad、aspen plus、matlab、proii、hextran、smart plant 3d等，外語上通過了cet4、cet6等級考試。我的優(yōu)秀課程在于反應工程、化工原理等專業(yè)課，相對來說大類基礎課程如高等數學有一些薄弱，但是總體來說成績還是不錯的。

我于xx年下半年度報名參加了全國大學生創(chuàng)新實踐活動，采用的是學生自擬課題“超臨界二氧化碳發(fā)泡環(huán)氧樹脂及表征”，該課題申請到了上海市級資助，目前我們小組已經完成了實驗中環(huán)氧樹脂的溶脹實驗，正在通過調整溶解時間、溶解壓力、固化時間、固化溫度等參數來篩選合適的發(fā)泡條件。在xx年的“華東理工大學-亞什蘭”杯化工創(chuàng)新實踐大賽中，我們小組抽到了“乙醇-乙醇鈉溶液制備”的任務書，經過詳細的實驗規(guī)劃和實驗操作，我們小組采用精餾塔，對乙醇和水的混合蒸汽通過外回流并利用3a分子篩通過選擇性吸附除去反應中水分的實驗最終獲得了一等獎。在化工設計領域，參加了xx年“中石化-三井杯”化工設計大賽，雖然在比賽中沒有獲得較好的名次但是通過這次比賽學到了很多有關化工設計方面的知識，比如利用軟件模擬工廠流程、繪制pid和pfd圖、精餾塔的詳細計算和安全性能校核等。除了以上的內容，作為卓越班的學生，班級還組織過很多工廠的參觀活動，對一些化工廠的布置、企業(yè)文化有基礎的了解。另外，在20xx年底的科訓活動中，我在金山的一個專科學校學習了一些工廠工人的基本技能如法蘭的連接、泵的調整等。

2.研究生階段的打算

研究生階段，我想首先是要把一開始的基礎課程知識都學好，建立合理的知識結構，盡量廣泛的涉獵學科知識，深入的了解所學領域的歷史，掌握獨立的研究方法和技能，學習更多的研究方法，并且要強化自己的規(guī)范意識，訓練自己寫論文的表達能力。其次研究生階段必不可少的就是要做一些研究，跟導師做也好，自己做也好，把知識應用于實際，最后要有總結自己所做研究的能力，寫好自己的畢業(yè)論文，為以后的博士生階段做好準備。

無論是本科生還是研究生，外語的能力都是很重要的，所以研究生階段也不能放棄英語的學習，學好英語，提高自己的四六級成績或是考一下托福等語言等級測試，有機會的話可以選擇出國進行一段研究工作，了解一些國際前沿的化工知識，回國后有更多發(fā)揮所學知識的余地。我對于煤化工、石油裂解、反應器等方面比較感興趣，希望能夠從事相關領域的研究工作。研究生階段除了學習之外，還要培養(yǎng)自己的外語能力、團隊合作意識、領導意識等相關社會技能，在將來進入企業(yè)工作之后能夠做到獨當一面，帶領科研小組完成科研任務。
