關(guān)于畢業(yè)證、學位證領(lǐng)取的說明：
1、學生必須持離校通知單、學生證和身份證到各系領(lǐng)取畢業(yè)證、學位證，并在《2011屆學生畢業(yè)證書領(lǐng)取登記表》、《2011屆學生學位證書領(lǐng)取登記表》上簽字后，方可發(fā)證。
2、有部分學生由于個人助學貸款沒有交清，此部分學生在領(lǐng)取畢業(yè)證書時除遵照以上要求外，必須憑學生處出具的有關(guān)貸款繳清的證明。沒有證明的一律不發(fā)。
3、畢業(yè)證、學位證原則上不能代領(lǐng)，如確因特殊原因無法本人領(lǐng)取的，請憑：委托書、委托人身份證復(fù)印件、代領(lǐng)人身份證復(fù)印件進行代領(lǐng)（注：委托人必須為旅游管理系的學生）。委托書模版詳見附件。注：委托書必須由委托人親筆手寫，并在委托人處簽名、按手印確認。代領(lǐng)人也須在代領(lǐng)人簽名處親筆簽名，并按手印確認。

二、領(lǐng)取注意事項
1.領(lǐng)取三證時需攜帶簽字筆及鉛筆各一支，以備簽名改誤使用。
2.找同學代領(lǐng)需提交委托書（已上傳群共享），無委托書者不予發(fā)放三證。由代領(lǐng)人負責審核個人信息（包括姓名、性別、專業(yè)、身份證、報到證派遣信息等），確認無誤后，代領(lǐng)人簽名確認。所以各位代領(lǐng)人需要提前掌握委托人個人相關(guān)信息。3.領(lǐng)取三證時需要審核并填寫每位同學的個人信息及派遣信息，表格（已上傳群共享），委托他人代為領(lǐng)取三證的同學，務(wù)必提前填好表格相關(guān)信息，及時告知代領(lǐng)人，由代領(lǐng)人代為審核及填寫。

2009級南陽理工學院成人高等教育計算機應(yīng)用技術(shù)專業(yè)的專科畢業(yè)證書從2011年10月11日起開始發(fā)放，具體領(lǐng)證要求如下：
1、證書發(fā)放的具體時間每周一至周五上午900——下午400（雙休日，法定公休日，2011年10月14日等特殊時間不發(fā)放證書）；
2、領(lǐng)證時需攜帶本人的身份證等有效證件，若本人不能親自領(lǐng)取證書可找親屬代領(lǐng)，代領(lǐng)人必須攜帶本人身份證原件、復(fù)印件及被代領(lǐng)人的身份證復(fù)印件；
3、學校一律不向?qū)W生提供郵寄畢業(yè)證書和檔案的服務(wù)（因郵寄過程中有遺失情況存在，且畢業(yè)證書和檔案一旦遺失不能補辦）；
