2013年4月2日上午9點(diǎn)，在區(qū)政府主樓大廳舉行了昌平區(qū)“春風(fēng)送溫暖，慈善濟(jì)萬(wàn)家”募捐活動(dòng)啟動(dòng)儀式，區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各大委和各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)代表出席啟動(dòng)儀式。
啟動(dòng)儀式上領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們現(xiàn)場(chǎng)捐款，之后由各單位代表進(jìn)行捐款。機(jī)關(guān)工委下屬系統(tǒng)單位，在短短4個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)，共51家單位，3751人，捐款數(shù)額達(dá)388995元。第二天還有陸續(xù)到城北街道捐款的單位。
捐款具體事項(xiàng)由慈善協(xié)會(huì)、城北街道辦事處和機(jī)關(guān)工委工會(huì)組織負(fù)責(zé)，身在機(jī)關(guān)工委工會(huì)的我，親身經(jīng)歷了這件事后感受頗深，捐款事項(xiàng)從通知到實(shí)施，聽(tīng)到和感受到了各方面的不同反應(yīng)，有積極參加的，有平常接受的，也有消極反對(duì)的，各種反應(yīng)都是正常的，酸甜苦辣咸匯成一句話：大愛(ài)無(wú)疆！
其實(shí)在沒(méi)有接觸過(guò)慈善捐款工作前，因?yàn)閷?duì)捐款工作的不了解，我也有過(guò)各種各樣的想法，也聽(tīng)到過(guò)各種態(tài)度，比如：“每年都捐款都不知道給哪里捐了，錢(qián)都給誰(shuí)了？”、“怎么老捐款啊”、“我還困難著呢”、“愛(ài)誰(shuí)捐誰(shuí)捐我就是不捐”、“以后你們這樣的活動(dòng)少搞”等等各種抱怨，當(dāng)然了不好的心聲還是少數(shù)的，大多數(shù)人還是有愛(ài)心的，要不然怎么能在那么短的時(shí)間內(nèi)籌集到38萬(wàn)余元的捐款數(shù)額。群眾最關(guān)心的事情就是這些捐的錢(qián)最后到了那里去呢，都干了什么？
下面是我的親身經(jīng)歷，在2013年2月1日，我同機(jī)關(guān)工委工會(huì)主席和機(jī)關(guān)工委紀(jì)工委書(shū)記，一起參與了“一幫一”慈善扶貧救助活動(dòng)，下鄉(xiāng)到基層幫助那些有困難的家庭，這次一共有四名需要救助的人，第一位是大辛峰村，名叫xx的女孩，87年出生，年齡27歲，患有“mds骨髓增生異常綜合癥”，因病情加重，每月需要輸血、用藥費(fèi)1萬(wàn)余元，因?yàn)殚L(zhǎng)期輸血導(dǎo)致xx體內(nèi)鐵過(guò)載，住院去鐵20多天又花去2萬(wàn)余元，截止到現(xiàn)在xx輸血、住院、藥費(fèi)共花去15萬(wàn)余元，造成家庭生活特別困難。當(dāng)我第一次看到這個(gè)女孩時(shí)，看到她臉上燦爛的笑容，我想，她和我年紀(jì)相仿，還小我三歲，面對(duì)疾病的折磨她還能這樣樂(lè)觀，面對(duì)生活上的困難她依然昂首挺胸，面對(duì)輟學(xué)她沒(méi)有放棄學(xué)習(xí)的信心。這樣的一個(gè)花季少女的樂(lè)觀心態(tài)讓我欽佩，剛進(jìn)她家時(shí)就感覺(jué)屋內(nèi)很冷，農(nóng)村的房子沒(méi)有暖氣，也沒(méi)生爐子，沒(méi)有任何取暖設(shè)施，今年的冬天特別冷，我還穿著大衣和棉靴待了一會(huì)兒就感覺(jué)手腳冰冷，更何況xx還是個(gè)病人，她們不是不想取暖，因?yàn)榇蟛糠值腻X(qián)都花在看病上了，家里沒(méi)有穩(wěn)定收入，外面還欠了很多賬。主席和書(shū)記送上慰問(wèn)金xx感激的熱淚盈眶，自己的辛酸只有她自己知道。
第二位大辛峰村，zz，男，79年出生，患尿毒癥，每周需要透析3次，日常需要長(zhǎng)期服藥，加起來(lái)每月需要透析費(fèi)、藥費(fèi)共計(jì)7千余元，他父親患糖尿病、母親患高血壓需要長(zhǎng)期服藥，家里還有6歲的兒子需要撫養(yǎng)，全家因zz忠病情造成家庭困難。當(dāng)我們來(lái)到這家時(shí)zz忠正好在醫(yī)院做透析，他的母親接待的我們，老母親很熱情，走進(jìn)西廂房，一間不大的小屋，一進(jìn)門(mén)我就被一面墻的獎(jiǎng)狀吸引了，這些獎(jiǎng)狀正是zz忠的6歲孩子得的，小小的年紀(jì)在班里學(xué)習(xí)很好，各種獎(jiǎng)狀貼滿了一面墻，我想，正是這樣的家庭環(huán)境，塑造了孩子很要強(qiáng)，知道不讓家長(zhǎng)操心，好好學(xué)習(xí)。小男孩還有一架破舊的手風(fēng)琴，他說(shuō)雖然琴是舊的，但他很喜歡學(xué)習(xí)演奏，因?yàn)楫?dāng)他爸爸聽(tīng)到他拉手風(fēng)琴時(shí)就不知道疼了。孩子的話讓我們感動(dòng)，試問(wèn)現(xiàn)在有多少家庭的孩子都是在蜜罐里長(zhǎng)大的，小男孩也想有新的手風(fēng)琴，接受更好的教育，可是家里大部分的開(kāi)支也要給爸爸看病，在zz忠這個(gè)年齡的男子正是壯年時(shí)，上有老，下有小的，可是因?yàn)樯o(wú)法完成養(yǎng)家的重任，生活的重?fù)?dān)全都落到了妻子身上，就是這樣的情況妻子也是不離不棄，又一次讓我們感動(dòng)。

第四位ff，王近蘭，女，70歲患心臟病，做心臟支架3個(gè)，花費(fèi)8萬(wàn)元，后長(zhǎng)期吃藥，經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)重，生活困難。
像這些需要救助的家庭還有很多，這四位只是全區(qū)的一小部分。還有對(duì)在職職工因病生活困難的慰問(wèn)、黨員困難家庭的慰問(wèn)、退休老干部生活困難的慰問(wèn)等等。雖然送去的慰問(wèn)金可能解決不了根本問(wèn)題，但帶去的慰問(wèn)金和關(guān)懷讓他們感覺(jué)心是暖暖的，讓他們有對(duì)抗病魔的勇氣，讓他們有活下去的信心，讓他們有對(duì)社會(huì)感謝的情感。
慈善協(xié)會(huì)組織的捐款，收上來(lái)這后，都是用到了實(shí)處。我想，慈善事業(yè)需要的是“三心”：愛(ài)心、恒心、耐心。慈善事業(yè)不是一種沖動(dòng)，是一件需要長(zhǎng)期堅(jiān)持的工作，幾十元錢(qián)對(duì)我們可能算不了什么，但對(duì)于需要幫助的人卻是雪中送炭，我們集體的力量是無(wú)窮的。

下午兩點(diǎn)左右,義賣(mài)會(huì)開(kāi)始了,操場(chǎng)上人山人海,東西琳瑯滿目,有鉛筆、筆記本、文具盒、鋼筆,品種樣樣齊全。我和同學(xué)到六年級(jí)的地方去買(mǎi)東西,看到了一支黃顏色的鋼筆,心里十分喜歡,我就問(wèn)哥哥這支筆多少元,哥哥說(shuō):“這支筆3元。”我想起去年的交易會(huì)梁老師教我們要砍價(jià),我就問(wèn)哥哥:“能便宜些嗎?”哥哥說(shuō):“為雅安地震災(zāi)區(qū)捐款,不討價(jià)還價(jià)。”我想了一下,覺(jué)他說(shuō)的話也很有道理,所以就毫不猶豫地買(mǎi)下了這支筆。

“今天是個(gè)好日子,啦啦啦!今天是個(gè)好日子,啦啦啦!……”我哼著歌高高興興地來(lái)到校園里。因?yàn)樯衔缥覀円谥锌荚?所以只能下午去買(mǎi)賣(mài)東西,這讓我感到非常遺憾。
